ESM Studio | Creative Design Agency

1. Project Commencement & Payment
   Projects commence upon receipt of a detailed brief and a minimum 50% advance payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Delivery Timeline & Revisions

3. Delivery schedules are provided prior to project initiation. Each engagement includes up to three rounds of revisions; additional amendments may incur supplementary charges.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
   Full ownership rights transfer to the client upon receipt of final payment. ESM Studio reserves the right to feature completed projects in its portfolio unless confidentiality is expressly requested.

5. Payment Terms
   Payments are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket (local) and Payoneer, Wise, PayPal (international). Delays in payment may result in project suspension or delivery postponement.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
   Projects may be terminated by either party with written notice. Refunds, if applicable, are prorated based on work completed. No refunds will be issued after final deliverables have been provided.

7. Client Obligations
   Clients agree to provide timely feedback and all necessary materials to facilitate project progress. Failure to do so may affect timelines.

8. Confidentiality
   All client information is treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
   ESM Studio’s liability is limited to the scope of the services provided. The agency is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages post-delivery. Clients are responsible for approving all final work prior to use.
